Frances has been active in the American Indian Community House since its inception, served on the board for a decade, and is currently Board Treasurer. Frances attended the American Institute of Banking, worked in banking and managed a manufacturing firm. She is skilled in bookkeeping, accounting and fiscal responsibility.
