Sarah Hazlett (Win Jichigi Gijig) is of Seneca descent and originally from New Orleans, Louisiana. She is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Boston where she received a degree in Political Science with minors in International Relations and Native American and Indigenous Studies.
